Our commitment to accessibility

Art by Picos Pelegri is committed to a welcoming experience for everyone, including people with disabilities. We want visitors to be able to explore the artwork, understand their options, and contact us in a way that works for them.

When a page or feature is difficult to use, please call, text, or email us. We will make a good-faith effort to provide the information, assistance, or reasonable alternative you need.

Our accessibility goal and current status

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA as a guide for ongoing improvements. These guidelines address how people with different abilities access and use websites.

Accessibility work is ongoing. We have not established full conformance for every page, gallery, or third-party feature. This statement describes our goals and available assistance; it is not a certification that every part of the website meets every requirement.

What we are working to improve

• Clear headings, a logical reading order, and descriptive navigation links.
• Meaningful text descriptions for artwork and other informative images.
• Readable text, sufficient color contrast, and layouts that remain usable when enlarged.
• Keyboard access, visible keyboard focus, and understandable controls for galleries and other interactive features.
• Content and contact options that work with screen readers and on phones and tablets.

We review reported barriers and use that feedback to guide corrections. Some older artwork photographs and gallery features may need additional descriptions or adjustments. Please tell us when an image or its enlarged view does not give you the information you need.

Artwork information in another format

You do not have to rely on the gallery interface to ask about art. We can discuss an artwork’s subject, colors, composition, available dimensions, original or print options, and availability directly. Tell us whether a written description, a phone conversation, or another reasonable format would help.

An artwork title or reference number is helpful, but not required. For the Before the Pop! archive, you can use a PP-BTP reference number. You can also describe where you found the image or send the page address.

Purchasing and viewing assistance

Text is preferred for quicker responses, but telephone and email are also available for accessibility assistance. You are welcome to use the contact method that works best for you.

Third-party tools and browser support

Some features depend on WordPress plugins, image viewers, accessibility tools, social platforms, maps, or other third-party services. We do not control every aspect of those services. If one creates a barrier, contact us so we can discuss another way to provide information or assistance.

Using an up-to-date browser and assistive technology may help. However, we have not verified every combination of device, browser, and assistive technology. Assistance is available even when a feature does not work in your setup.

Report a barrier or request help

Please share the page address, what you were trying to do, and the difficulty you encountered. Your browser, device, or assistive technology details are helpful when available, but are not required. Let us know your preferred contact method and any relevant viewing or purchase deadline.

You do not need to disclose a diagnosis. Please do not send passwords, payment-card numbers, or sensitive medical or financial information by ordinary text message or email.
